- Discuss your preferences with your parents, including any costs
- Download the Lighthouse Leavers Course Selection Form
- Fill in the form and then print it out
- Parents to sign the form
- Scan and email to Emily.lockhart@plc.wa.edu.au or drop into the Lighthouse Reception
- First in best served for preferences!
